Subject: Help with a video...?

Written By: Kheldara on 2/9/2001 at 7:27 a.m.

A friend of mine was watching VH-1 80s hour the other day and saw a video for a song she didn't know - and I don't know what it is either! She said the song was very synthy, like OMD or early Visage, and the video was all-over white, with a woman in a red dress singing the lyrics although in the song they were sung by a man. (She also remembers a big eye in the video - which made me think it was Fade To Grey, but apparently not.)

Please help!

This is just a shot in the dark, but could it possibly be something by Roxy Music? In the early 80s, they were VERY synth-driven (especially in the Avalon album from 1982). I don't know...I just love Roxy Music and they'd be the type that would do films like that (ABC is another band that comes into mind - early 80s too).
