It is "Iko Iko" by Belle Stars from their 83 album The Belle Stars. It became a #14 hit in early 89 after being used on the Rain Man soundtrack.
It has been done by a lot of people, The Dixie Cups in 65 (who I think wrote or co-wrote it.)
Cyndi Lauper covered it on "True Colors" in 86. Not for sure who was on the soundtrack of "Satisfaction" (couldn't find a track list.)
