When I was young, I played with the "Letter People" like it was my job! Has anyone else heard of them? They were colorful plastic people with a square cut out of their stomachs. The square could be filled with small square letters. They came with a whole town and you could stack them onto it or each other!

I wasn't aware of such a toy in my life here in Canada!!
