Just a quick poll: Who was your favorite character from Saturday Night Live back in the 80s? Mine would have to be Eddie Murphy's Gumby and Dana Carvey's Church Lady... well isn't that special...

Rich Hall's character when he walked in front of a televised event, hunched over a bit and quiet.
What was the name of that character again?

That's a hard question because there was so much great material on SNL during the mid to late 80s. But Dana Carvey's Church Lady and President Bush rank as favorites. John Lovitz' Pathalogical Liar character was great too, as well as the myriad of characters done by Phil Hartman. And how about Nora Dunn's Pat Stevens Show? Hans and Franz? Sorry, can't narrow it down to just one or two
