well, both shows are the same because you've got a chuckle headed guy who lies about himself (Stuart Bondek vs Herb Tarlek), a clueless high ranking official (The Governor vs Art Carlson) a guy who doesn't really roll with the others (carter vs venus flytrap), a gorgeous blonde female (not sure of similar character flaws, but here goes) (Heather Locklear's Character vs Jennifer) and a guy who seems more like a cartoon than anything else (Richard Kime's Character vs Dr Johnny Fever)
