Subject: I'm depressed

Written By: Lauren on 6/18/2001 at 8:41 p.m.

Hi my fellow eighties children. I just want to tell you how depressed I am. First of all, I just came back from viewing the eighties toys page and I want to tell you that I had quite a few of them. Since I was born in 1981 to indulgent parents, I suppose I would right? I had all of the Gem and the Hollograms, all of the Maxie dolls. I even had a lot of Barbie dolls even though I don't like Barbie now. Let's see, I had a Punkie Brewster doll, a Jill Doll, and a My Kid Sister. I also had all of the Chipmunks the Muppet Babies, Rainbow Brite,Strawberry Shortcake, Get Along Gang dolls, My Pet Monster, My Little Pony,a few Carebears, and She Ra. (I even had a She Ra party when I was five.) This is only to name a few. Well, now I don't have anything, because it's all been thrown away. You know how parents are. Oh well. (sigh)

Also, I'm kind of sad about the whole eighties caroons thing. Remember Beverly Hills Teens and Gem and the Hallograms? And Maxie? Geez, I miss those. Well, thanks for lettig me reminisce.
