Subject: FAVORITE THEME SONGS FROM TV SHOWS
well my fave theme song from a tv show would be the theme song from The Greatest American Hero. its such an uplifting song and u can sing along to it or just listen to it and it gives u some sort of joy. i also like the theme music from Dallas, because it does sound good but i dont really think it rates with the Greatest American Hero. so everyone....what are ur fave theme songs from 80s tv shows???

My brother and I used to love that song. Now that I think about it the show was kind of lame but "Believe it or not I'm walking on air"....LOL.

Okay, I realize the thread is a few days old, but I've been busy... here goes.
I think it was 70's but I love the Six Million Dollar Man. The melodramatic talking part at the beginning...Steve Austin. Astronaut. A man barely alive. We can rebuild him...........
How 'bout Battlestar Galactica.
And I can't believe no one mentioned Sanford and Son. That's gotta be one of the greatest of all time!

I can't believe anyone hasn't said my favorite show and theme, Doctor Who! The woman who created the original version, Delia Derbyshire, passed away a few weeks ago. BTW, she put the theme together electronically in 1963, without synthesizers!
