I'm pretty sure it's The Tom Tom Club, they play it all the time here on Saturday night radio mixes. Unsure of the title however.

It is the Tom Tom Club and the title is "Genius Of Love." It IS a great song!

The Tom Tom Club's "Genius Of Love" also was sampled for a couple of other songs, including The Skool Girlz' "Just Da 2 Of Us".
