Subject: Another Musician Dies

They weren't really an 80s band, but I always liked them anyway. Leon Wilkerson, bassist for Lynard Skynard, has died of natural causes (this from a radio report) in a Florida hotel room at age 49.

I'm the stickler for correct spelling, and I manage to misspell not only Wilkeson's name, but Lynyrd Skynyrd's name as well.

BTW, the radio guy just said the natural causes were likely lung and liver disease.

Hmmmm. Popular musician. Pretty young. Hotel room. "Natural causes". Sounds familiar.

Well, my first thought when something like this happens is always drugs and/or alhohol. Still possible in this case... liver disease, afterall, is a by product of too much drinking, even if you're "on the wagon" at the time of death.
