Alls I wanted to say is that the 80's KICK ALL ASS!!!
Some of the greatest pop bands that came out of the 80's include: *The Go-Go's *Beastie Boys (Yeah, they're not a pop band but they deserve to be mentioned anyway) *The Bangles *Modern English *Billy Idol *Madness *New Kids On The Block (okay, so they didn't write their own songs, so what?) *Bananarama
Some of the greatest TV shows that came out of the 80's include: *ALF *Small Wonder *Out Of This World *Saved By The Bell *Charles In Charge *Full House (it got boring though) *Silver Spoons
Some of the greastist movies that came out of the 80's include: *Sixteen Candles *The Breakfast Club *Rock And Roll High School *Lost Angles *Adventures In Babysitting *ET *Krush Groove (the Beastie Boys were in it, that's what made it good) *Tougher Than Leather *City Scrapes

right on! i LOVED all those tv shows! those were some of my favorites! especially silver spoons and charles in charge....what can i say i was young and ricky shchroder was adorable! lol.....and i love all those bands especially the bangles...they rock. and there are way to many great bands and shows and stuff to list cause there were just a lot! but i think the best movie of the 80s would have to be either Ferris Buellers Day Off....or Spaceballs =-)
