Subject: Song playlist

Written By: Mike S. on 7/24/1999 at 10:36 p.m.

One night, back in July of 1984, I must have been really bored and listed every song the local radio station (92X) played for about 4 hours straight. Is anyone curious as to the songs playing on the radio in Columbus, Ohio on July 24th, 1984?

did it include anything by Madonna or U2 or George Michael? Did you keep a list?

Yes, I kept the entire list. I also did one from the summer of '83 and '85. As for this one, Madonna was just gaining popularity and they played "Borderline". U2 really wasn't too big one the scene yet, and Wham was in it's beginning phase. I'm not sure I have enough space to list all the songs on these replies.
