Subject: Looking For Name Of A SONG

Written By: kim marley on 8/13/1999 at 12:19 a.m.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!! I'm looding for the name of a song that Dixie Carter (Julia Sugarbaker) sang on one episode of Designing Women. In this particular episode she was seated at a grand piano singing to, I believe, her son in a room full of people. I think he was going off to college or something. Some of the lyrics are "My buddy, your buddy misses you". if any one can give me the name of a composer or an artist who might have recorded this tune, I would truly appriciate it. I recently lost my Grandmother & she would sing the song to us at bed time, long before Julia Sugarbaker!! If any one has ANY info on this song, PLEASE, e-mail me. It is of great importance kto my family & I. Mama was loved and respected enormously, and having all of these lyrics to pass down to our children would be a great comfort to all of us, as she is missed immensely.

thanks
