Subject: Unknown Toy

Written By: Lore on 8/16/2001 at 10:56 a.m.

There is an 80's toy that is boggling my mind! My mother bought one for me when I was in first grade (1987), and I don't know the name of it. To describe it, I can say that the one I had was an insect type creature. It was about 6 inches long and had a "scorpion" appearance to it. It was one of many like it. What also came with it was this tiny little creature that stood on two legs (no arms), and had pointy ears. I can remember that the big scorpion thing liked to eat the little two-legged creatures.

There were a variety of these bugs monsters that ate the little two-leeged creatures. What they also had were an opposing team of rock monsters also. These rock monsters were the enemies of the bug monsters, but they too came with a little two-legged creature as well.

I know it's a bit confusing, but it's really bugging me. I cannot seem to figure out what the name of these toys are. I know that on the back of one of the litte two-legged creatures, it said CBS Inc. I'm not sure if that's the company or what. Can anyone help me figure out what the name of that toy is? I've looked on many sites, yet all seem to not have it. Thanks.

Was it "Creepy Crawlies"? I totally know what u are talking about. Try E-Bay to see if someone is
selling this item. Good luck on the childhood toy hunt.
