Has anyone seen the ghost of the little boy in 3 MEN & A BABY? It's in the background of the scene with Ted Danson and his mother. If its not a little boy then what is it?

Its a minature card board cut out of Ted Danson that some stage hand forget to remove. The director, I think it was Lenoard Nimoy, was kinda careless himself in letting that get in the shot. The part about it being the ghost of a little boy is just an urban legend that was started because people didn't know or couldn't tell what it really was.
