This was asked about 6 months ago (about the green machine. Not sure about the other 2 things), here is my old answer:
Here is what I found, Empire Industries Inc. acquired the Green Machine concept from Marx Toys in 1993. They renamed it the "Big Wheel Sidewinder," Item #1804. I guess you can get one from Empire Industries. I went to there web site and it is under construction. (Chacked again 6 months later and it's still under construction.)
