In the 80s before the red balloon marshmallow I swear there was another read marshmallow in lucky charms,If anyone remembers which one please help me.

I believe it was hearts. I could be wrong.

Yes, I believe you are thinking of the hearts.
The line-up as of the mid-70s was:
green clovers
yellow moons
orange stars
pink hearts
In the late 70s or early 80s they added the blue diamonds.
It's funny, it was such a big deal when they added the "new blue diamonds" and there wasn't much of a change after that.
Then it seems like they started changing the marshmallows all the time.
