Am I in the wrong era or didnt the Eagles have some hits in the 80's? Where can I find some info on the Eagles?

From the "Long Run" album came the hit "I Can't Tell You Why," which charted in 1980. Before they broke up, they released a 2-LP live album which had their last hit before the breakup, "Seven Bridges Road." That song was recently remade by the country group Ricochet.

I think it was in '79 or '80 that they broke up, stating that they would get together again when "hell freezes over"

Don Henley and Glen Frey both had hits in the 80's though. Henley had "Boys of Summer", "Dirty Laundry", and a couple of others, Frey had "Smuggler's Blues" and "The One You Love"

You can check out www.ubl.com and do a search on The Eagles. This will show websites dedicated to the artist or band you're looking for.
