Subject: Hoe did these skate labels start?
How did companies like Vision Street Wear and Bad Boy etc. start? They seemed to be cool logos and phrases slapped onto generic clothing. Did they buy loads of surplus clothes somewhere, or did they design/manufacture their own? It just seems like they had a cool name and logo and somehow got it on millions of pieces of normal clothes. I'm sure they started cheap too. Anyone know the in's and out's of that business?
