Subject: Psychedelic Furs, a-ha, The Smiths, etc..

"Heartbreak Beat" and "Love My Way" remain my two favorite songs from that group. Has anyone heard "I Hear Myself Alive" by a-ha? The Smiths remain the most underrated, IMHO, band in the decade. They were ahead of their time by at least two decades.

I think you mean "I Dream Myself Alive". It was on their first album.

"I Hear Myself Alive"? If I remember correctly the song is called "I Dream Myself Alive"... assuming we're talking about the same song (off the Hunting High and Low album) and not a new song. If you're talking about a new song, let me know... I'm trying to pick up the new singles when they come out.

Sorry. It is "I Dream Myself Alive." Can't believe I misnamed that song...and I have that album.
