Subject: Need to know group who does this song...
I'm not particularly sure of the exact title, but since the chorus seems to consistently go, 'Come on feel the noise...' I'm going to assume it's all of them words together or just 'Feel the Noise', etc. etc. But none of that matters too much at the moment -- I just want to know who the group is! I've heard it during my youth and I'm afraid no names have come up. Possibly early '90s material, but I keep thinking '80s; and it's a rock tune (or 'lite metal' or whatever.)

that song was done by slade & ws out in the 70`s

Think you'll find that Slade did the original version of Cum on feel the Noize first in the 70's though. Are we right?

Your song is "Cum On Feel the Noize" (note spelling-this is most likely why you've been unable to find it) by Quiet Riot, a top 5 hit from the Fall of '83. It was off their 1983 album, "Metal Health". Fortunately, the album is still in print today on both cassette & CD. "Metal Health" is truly an '80s heavy metal classic, IMO! In fact, back in the mid '80s, lead singer/bigmouth Kevin DuBrow once claimed on MTV that Quiet Riot "play[ed] the heaviest metal"-so I dare you to call it "lite metal" into his face, LOL! VH-1 recently devoted an episode of "Behind the Music" to the band.
Incidentally, the song was originally a minor hit for Slade (under the same spelling) in the Spring of '73...
