Toni Basil. The song is called "Mickey" and it begins, "Oh (not hey), Mickey, you're so fine, you're so fine you blow my mind, hey Mickey, hey Mickey. She also recorded esa canción en español.

The Spanish version of "Mickey" is on the Living in Oblivion collection. I'm not sure which one it's on. I don't have my CDs in front of me at the moment.
