Subject: NENA- 99 Luftballons help with copyright?

Written By: Helen O'Loan on 10/7/1999 at 7:28 a.m.

Hello, I am a film student in Brisbane. At the moment I am working on a short film called "Red Ball". I would dearly love to be able to use an extract of the song "99 Luftballons" by Nena in the finale. The film will not be shown anywhere except for assessment purposes. Does anyone know how or where I would go about obtaining copyright for it, or if there is any point trying?

Any help or advice anyone could give me would be very much appreciated.

Thanks
