Subject: The Side of a Cow?

Written By: Stephanie Sogg on 10/7/1999 at 11:39 a.m.

Help, help, help!! Every year or so I go to London, and when I do, I like to go dancing at clubs with 80's nights. Whenever I've been to one of these nights, they always play a song that I love but have never heard before or since in the US. It's a dancey, poppy kind of song, the chorus to which includes the words "lookin' at the future through the side of a cow." I asked someone once who did it, and I think they said the Housemartins or the Plimsouls, but now I can't remember whether that's accurate or if my mind's playing tricks on me.

Last year, I also heard a song by a band that the DJ told me was called Caffeine, and I can't find that band anywhere. Does anyone know anything about either of these things? If so, please e-mail me at sogg@excite.com (I don't check this board regularly)--thanks so much!! You will help me finally fall asleep at night!

"The Size Of A Cow" was by The Wonder Stuff. Try www.musicfile.com if you can't find it in the record stores.
