Subject: I love a man in (his) uniform?

Written By: Gubes on 10/18/1999 at 1:33 a.m.

There is this song...the refrain goes 'I love a man in his uniform' and then the singer goes 'I need an order! You must be joking, I know you can't be joking' It's driving me crazy. When I was 15, I couldn't tell my friends I liked the song for fear of getting a rep, but now I don't care! I want to know the name of this song! I assumed Richard Blade would have a site that might help give me a clue, but I don't think he does...please help! By the way, my favorite nuclear war song is DEVO's 'Race of Doom' from their New Traditionalist album (1981)..the video for 'Beautiful World' also has a nuke war theme. Great site. I've never recovered from the 80's so I'll be back!
