The movie you're looking for is Beetlejuice. I believe the line is said when he is picked up by Gena Davis's character and he sticks out all the spikes in his clothes...

Ooh, tricky one. That line's been done a lot of times (of course as a wink at Dirty Harry's "Go ahead, make my day"), also used is: 'Go ahead, make your bed' - Estelle Ghetty in 'Stop or my mom will shoot' - and 'Go ahead, make my Eon'. That last one was said by (a?) God, but I don't remember the movie...

I think Dark Helmet says the first line in "Spaceballs", doesn't he?
