I don't recall them ever mentioning a last name for that Eddie and his family. But, I could be wrong??!!

I just checked out www.imdb.com (Internet Movie Data Base) and they only list Randy Quaid's character as Cousin Eddie. No last name was given. I checked out all 4 Vacation movies.
