Garbage on Version 2.0, especially the song "Special" where there are lines from the Pretenders' song Talk of the Town.

I think Savage Garden sound very 1980's. Some of the Spice Girls songs sound very Bananarama-ish. And Lou Bega is practically a reincarnation of Kid Creole!!

Depends on your definition of New Wave... Cause and Effect started in 91 I believe and they sound a heck of a lot like Depeche Mode...
