ugh.. I know which one you're talking about.. had Corey Feldmen in it, Rock 'n' Roll Highschool I think..

so does Comedy Central.. wish they'd show one of the other Feldmen movies from the 80s, like "License to Drive" or maybe "Dream a Little Dream" or "Lost Boys"

Actually, the name of the movie was Rock and Roll High School FOREVER. Rock and Roll High School was the movie with the Ramones;)
