Anyone else remember a doll called Herself the Elf. She had curly white hair and carried a wand which could become a flower (I think)

I remember her--about the size of a Strawberry Shortcake doll, with "elf shoes" and skinny little legs! :o) You can search the web and still find dolls of her out floating around. Her following wasn't as big as Strawberry Shortcake, but still kind of a cute little doll! :)

I had a Herself the Elf hardcover storybook. I think there was a movie too. The villains were some guy, some vulture, and a woman named Creeping Ivy who could make ivy come out of her fingers. She could encage Herself or anyone else. Herself had a lot of friends and a boyfriend who was a sprite.
