You know, I too have been looking for this one on a dance compilation disc...I _believe_ the artist is Paul Lekakis, although it sounds very much like Dead or Alive.
Perhaps others shall clarify.

You're right, it's Paul Lekakis...I too thought it was Dead Or Alive...I found it onalot of compilation discs listed at cddb.com...they have alot of dance compilations and 80's compilations at the site
