Can someone help me find the name of a song that was a popular Club tune at the same time as Salt N Pepa's Push It. I dont have much information on it except it had Russian Speaking in it and it was a club tune at the same time as Push It

It sounds nothing like Push It, but I think it was about the same time: American Soviets - CCCP.
