Hello! I was wondering if anyone could help me make a list of 80's music that could be played at a wedding party? Thanks

If I may put in my two cents, here's some suggestions:

Dance:

Bizzare Love Triangle - New Order

The Promise - When In Rome

Something About You - Level 42

Kiss Me - Stephen 'Tin Tin' Duffy

Strangelove - Depeche Mode

You Spin Me 'Round (Like A Record) - Dead Or Alive

She Sells Sanctuary - The Cult

Slow:

Hunting High & Low - A-ha

Slave To Love - Bryan Ferry

Lost Again - Yello

Moments In Love (Beaten) - Art Of Noise

Miracle Of Love - Eurythmics

Hold Me Now - The Thompson Twins

All the best,

Juan Gil

The weddings which I attended during the 80's _always included "The Electric Slide," ( for reasons as yet unknown to me ). Standard DJ fare.

"Love Comes Quickly," Pet Shop Boys.

"Single Life," Cameo ( a requiem, perhaps ? )

"Jack and Diane," John ( at that time ) Cougar ( only ).

"Thriller," The Gloved One.

"1999," Prince.

"Head," Prince ( just in case the marriage doesn't work out ).

"C.O.D.," Mtume.

"Fascinated," Company B.

"Let The Music Play," Shannon.

"One Way Love," TKA.

"So Hard," Pet Shop Boys ( see "Prince" above ).

"Jam On It," Newcleus.

"Watching You," Slave.

The list could be endless...
