I'm assuming you mean the 1987-88 season.
According to "Prime-Time Hits" by Susan Sackett, the end-of-year Nielsens for that year were:
1. The Cosby Show 2. A Different World 3. Cheers 4. The Golden Girls 5. Growing Pains 6. Who's the Boss 7. Night Court 8. 60 Minutes 9. Murder, She Wrote and tied for 10: ALF and The Wonder Years
