If there are any Canadians in the Southern, Ontario area here, please let me know if you ever visited Crystal Beach. To this day, the memories I have of Crystal Beach are so fond and enjoyable. The day it was torn down in 1989 is one of the sadest days of my life. I'd like to hear from you folks in the Buffalo, NY area as well since Crystal Beach was also very close to you...

when i was in high school we went to crystal beach for may 24 weekend. that was in 1991. i had the time of my life.

I believe you went to Crystal Beach, but unfortunately the amusement park was closed down in 1989.

I remember going to Crystal Beach a few times as a kid. Despite the fact that it was torn down in 1989, (I concur with HB) it was and still is the best amusement park I ever visited. The Comet was the best rollercoaster ever. It's such a shame that the park had to go.
