I am desparately searching for 80's mp3's, especially anything in the category of ballads and power ballads (Tesla, love song; Saigon Kick, love is on the way, etc!!! I don't want any of those ratio download/upload BS sites. I would appreciate anyone's help!

Have you tried www.napster.com? You have to download their software but it gives you access to anyone logged into their servers MP3 files. I think it is great!!! :)

Actually, I'm surpised your post hasn't been deleted....MP3's are not supposed to be requested here...nor are lyrics. Just thought I'd let you know :o)

I think I might just try and setup something so that people can discuss those topics on either a seperate messageboard or another site... I'm not big like Yahoo to fend off the record companies, but at the same time, if they can get away with it, I should be able to.. I guess I should research it and see what I can do legally speakin'...

of course I never want to see mp3s or lyrics in this messageboard.. the last thing I want is a lyrics trading messageboard.. not much fun to read..

Hi! Maybe could be fair putting the message in this board & recieving response in private. I've used to send lyrics to the private E-Mail address,but posted a message in this board announcing that requested stuff was sended.I don't think that could be ilegal or boring. Let's help each other! (Sorry about my English.....)

to make it easy tell everyone to go to www.napster.com

download their mp3 sharing program.... log onto it ...and you can search any song and downlaod it from a list of people that are also using napster and have that song in their mp3 library ....if you cant find the song log off and back on to get on anohter server or just keep cheching back...it'll show up.....there are also a lot of cable dsl t1 and t3s serving on their for fast ups and dl's

ive gotten about 200 80s songs from their already
