I think you're looking for it under the wrong band - though correct me if I'm wrong, fellow 80s children. "Ghost Town" was by The Specials, which was what Fun Boy 3 were before they were Fun Boy 3. It should be on any decent Specials compilation, or on any decent Ska or 2-Tone compilation album.
