Subject: The song "Nineteen"

Written By: Monica on 3/23/2000 at 3:08 p.m.

First of all, I just found this site and I love it! I am truly "stuck in the 80s" especially with the "hair bands"-POISON RULES!!

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone remembers the song "Nineteen" about Vietnam? I figured this would be a good place to ask, no one else I know remembers.

Just wanted to add that "19" refers to the average age of the American soldier during the Vietnam War.

I found the song "19" on a CD from BMG Music called "Living in Oblivion". "Living in Oblivion" is a 5 volume set of 80's hits. "19" is included in volume 1. So if you're an 80's fan take a look!
