Subject: Ian Dury

Ian died on Monday 27th March 2000.

He gave many people all over the world "Reasons to be Cheerful." In person he was witty and inspirational - a true gentleman. He is an example to all of us that anything is possible when you put your mind and spirit into it. Ian's spirit and legacy will live on.

Very sad. His was the best live show I've ever attended. It was at the City Hall, Cork, (Ireland)sometime, I think in 79 or 80. Anyway, rest in peace x
