I see new ones at Store 24's here in Boston. Usually near the front counter with all the Pokemon junk. I haven't been to any flea markets recently, so I haven't seen any of the classics.

I see them at flea markets all the time. If you're looking at buying them, the "Oriental Trading Company" has a great catalog and you can usually find them in there. -Angie
