I just happened to be watching VH1's show "Where are they now" - which talked about Martika - I think she sang a song called "Toy Soldiers" in the 80's (which was about alcohol abuse.) Then she worked with Prince and New Generation in France in the late 80's. If you check with Vh1 website (www.vh1.com) maybe they will have something about her. (I'm not sure though). I think she is working on a comeback record. Hope this helps......
