RE: 90's bands that sound like an 80's band : Lighthouse Family with the song "High"

Anyone hear of any happenings with Sade (the ultimate band of any decade)? Are there any online videos?
BTW, the band members of Sade (minus the Lady herself) have an album called Sweetback which is also the name of their group. It's luscious.

Also, Flock of Seagulls? S'up with them?

A Flock Of Seagulls are still doing shows. They were in Huntington, WV just last year. Only thing is almost none of their original members are still with the band, and they only sound like a lifeless shell of what they once were. It's too bad. I liked them.

I think I heard that Sade was arrested for drunk driving or something like that. Or it could have been disorderly conduct. I think it was about a year or so ago.

Either MTV or VH1 had some special, like Where are they now? earlier this year. Flock of Seagulls I think had a new album either last year or earlier this year. You can probably find it in the bargain bin of your fave music store. What a shame! :(

Nog, the Flock released and album 1 or two years ago... can't remember the exact name of the album but one of the songs released off of it was "See How the Rain Falls"... They went on tour after the album release and performed a free show here in Louisiana. Went and saw that and chatted with Mike and the other guys after the concert (got them to sign my greatest hits cd too :) ).
