Subject: A Commercial-Free 80's Radio Show on Long Island
Written By: patchyfogg on 04/29/04 at 11:01 am
"Essential 80's" Thursday Night from 11PM to 1AM, Saturday Night from 10PM to 12Midnight and Sunday Morning from 7AM to 9AM.
You can hear it in all 5 boroughs of NYC, along with parts of Westchester, NJ and CT
It's COMMERCIAL-FREE, as well--which to use an 80's phrase, is awesome.
You can make requests, too.
With WLIR gone, we have to make do.

Needless to say, it's on tonight. In fact, I think they are doing a theme show tonight--80's songs that have been covered since the 80's. The host's name is Jamie Trovato. She's real cool.
