Subject: what channel was "In A Minute" on?

Big debate with my friends... what channel was that, i dont know if you would even call it a show, "In a minute" on. The one where a bunch of different vioces would say "In a Minute" and then there would be a story or a fact or whatever that lasted for about a minute, then it went back to regular programming. I strongly believe it was USA, but Im not fully sure.

I remember that...I want to say CBS though I am not sure.

It was definately on USA...Cartoon Express rocked.

I remember that one, there was a dog barking at the end and it sounded like he was trying to say in a minute. I also believe that was on USA during Cartoon Express.

I know this is more of a 90's thing, but does anyone remember the really cr-ppy Ninja Turtles cartoons made just for the cartoon express during the mid 90's?
