Yes Yes and yeas, best freaking expression form the movie. . . didn't really catch on though. . .

oddly enough, it caught on with several of my friends... in fact a few still say it on a regular basis.

I remember people saying "Well!...Isn't that special?"  I believe that it came from SNL in the late 80's.  Others include the classics "Where's The Beef?" and "Help!...I've fallen and I can't get up"  (common among drunks at college parties back then).
