Every track on Radio (1985). Hard to believe it's been 21 years -- this album (featuring "I can't Live Without My Radio" and "Rock the Bells") was one of the great early hip-hop tracks.
As a close second, I'm gonna say "Other": In 1987, LL Cool J brought rap and metal together on "Go, Cut Creator, Go", (Track 7, "Bigger and Deffer"). DMC/Aerosmith and Public Enemy/Anthrax did rap/rock combinations in 1986 and 1991 respectively. Since 70s funksters "Mother's Finest", LL Cool J was the only funk/soul/rap artist who made a serious attempt at their own rock guitar work until Ice-T's "Body Count" in 1992. For that alone, LL deserves a lot of credit. Guy was ahead of his time until the "bling" caught up with him and he started taking himself seriously.)
