You should make this a poll. After all, there were so many to shoose from: Eddie, Joe, Martin, Billy, Dana, Jon, Phil. And of course, the turn of the decade saw the rise of Mike, Rob, Chris, and Adam.

There were so many.  Some of my favorites from the 80s were Dennis Miller, Phil Hartman, Victoria Jackson, Jan Hooks, Dana Carvey, Kevin Nealon, Jon Lovitz, Mike Myers.  Phil Hartman was probably my overall favorite.  My favorite from the 90s was Chris Farley.
