Can anyone help me find places to buy 80's looking clothing but not cheesy like spandex? I am looking for mostly black but also things like snakeskin vests and cool shirts etc.

Why don't you try second-hand stores or charity stores. They always have heaps of old clothes. I got an acid wash denim jacket at one a few years back for $8.
