I am really saddened by this news, he was such a great comedia, I seen his 80s movies such as Caddyshack, Easy Money and Back To School,

Then I last seen him in a movie was his 1992 movie Lady Bugs, which I found very good,

Last cameo appearance I seen him in was Little Nicky,

I am really sad about hearing this news he passed away, may he rest in peace with the other legendary comedians such as John Belushi, Andy Kauffman, John Candy and many others.

Jay Leno didn't say anything about him last night, but he might've found out too late. I know they were close friends, and Rodney was a regular guest on the Tonight Show. I wonder what he'll say about him.
I can guarantee you one thing, not one person wll be going to Rodney's funeral.
He got no respect in life, why should he in death?  :D

Lately? John Candy died more than a decade ago!

We have lost a whole load of comedians within the past year or so.I have a feeling that if Jerry Lewis doesn't watch himself,he might be the next one to pass away. :\'(

I shouldn't have been surprised because he did look weak in one of his last appearances on television. I still was.  R.I.P.
