Subject: looking for a name of a certain pair of pants

These pants (jeans) were high waist (small), very baggy and tappered at the leg. They are not MC hammer pants. They had a particular name or band name and in the 80s they were a little pricey. Does anyone know the name of the pants?

Did they have the little buttons on the inside or outside, at the waist, for suspenders?
