Subject: Chevy Chsae Movie - Funny Farm

I have been trying to find the name of the town where the 1988 movie Funny Farm starring Chevy Chase was filmed. In the movie it is Red Bud. However after some searching I am pretty sure that is not the name of the real city. Any information will be appreciated. ;)

I checked out IMDB, it didn't say where specifally it was filmed, but it mentioned somewhere in Vermont. Hope it helps.

It was filmed in Townshend, Vt, about an hour North of Brattleboro. I saw the set. locals said Chevy Chase was the nicest person they have ever met.
